Shipping and Returns

Thank you for supporting my small business! For my 2026 launch, I’ve produced a limited run of awnings. I personally quality-check and pack every single order here in London to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch Times: I aim to pack and ship all orders the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping Coverage: I currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Please reach out to me at info@stayshaded.co.uk if you are interested in purchasing an item, as this will help me understand which geographies I should expand into.

Shipping Rates:

  • Early Supporters: If you are taking advantage of our Pre-Order offer, shipping is completely free and will be shipped next day.

  • Standard Delivery: Otherwise, shipping is a simple flat rate of £3.50 for Tracked 48 or £5.00 for Tracked 24.

Delivery Estimates: All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1 business day for Tracked 24, or 2–3 business days for Tracked 48. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

2. Returns and exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you aren’t satisfied or you’ve changed your mind, our returns process is described below:

  • Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify me of a return by emailing me at info@stayshaded.co.uk and a further 14 days to post it back.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

  • Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

  • Return Shipping: Ship the item to Shaded Ltd, 16A Alexandra Grove, London N4 2LF. As a small brand, I am unable to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. I highly recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot process a refund for items that do not reach me.

  • Refund Process: After the returned items have been inspected, I will process your refund. It can take up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

  • Exchanges: If you have changed your mind on which colour of awning you want and the item is unused, email me at info@stayshaded.co.uk and I’ll see what I can do.
